Scholar Rock

Scholar Rock, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that works across therapeutic areas, was outgrowing their space. After TRIA completed the overall vision, programming strategy and interior plan for the new 50,000 SF space, Sheehans worked with the client and GC to furnish the space. The space (approximately 55% office and 45% lab) intentionally connects the open lab with office and amenity spaces while also supporting more specific lab needs like phage display, tissue culture and cold rooms. The new life science headquarters was delivered on-time and on-budget, virtually impossible during Covid.
